Best known as the singer for prog/funk/latin/polka/hard rock band I Mother Earth, also known for his solo work, and as singer for one of Canada's supergroups Crash Karma. Has a very distinctive gritty rasp which he makes good use of for most of his powerful fourth octave area and (for a limited window of time early on) his fifth octave as well, and a surprisingly solid lower register which one would not expect given his somewhat light timbre. Both these things combined makes him out to be one of my country's most underrated and powerful vocalists.
