With Alex61's permission I notewatched the new album and added the notes to the OP. Tons of lows on that one, with some possible bolds being the B2 from Wait On linked above, the C3s from Over Those Hills (around 0:29 for instance) and the D3s in the last minute of Just a Lover. The F#3s at around 1:30-1:45 in KYRH are quite good too. Not from the same album, but I also think the C#3s in Sugar on the Rim could be good bolds.

i'm thinking i hear E3's with Maybe a D3 @ 2:29 but that's the only part i could see her getting down to D3(in all the other parts it seems to be implied)

So listening back to this, I think it might be countable, but it seems far more believable to me as a C6 with overtones. Considering that she starts the slide up from a D4, it being a C7 would mean she literally slide up almost three octaves in that short span of time, which sounds like way too wide of a pitch gap between the beginning and ending notes.

Not gonna get involved in determining the pitch but just gonna say that huge pitch jumps aren't that crazy when you switch register.
