Hi everyone! I've been around since TRP 2 and I have to admit: I prefer the minimal and neat appearance of this new site. I'd also like to give a shout out to all admins, mods, and note-watchers here as you guys have introduced me to plenty of fascinating artists whom I'd probably never come across on my own.

Lastly, it's typical to say this but I do hope everyone is doing well during these worrisome times.

Yo what's up. I used to be very active with the forum back in TRP 2.0 and 3.0 days. Personally I moved away from notewatching for a while once my educational life started to pick up, but now that my first year of college is over and I suddenly have all this free time on my hands, I figured I'd dip my toes back into this site again. I don't intend on getting as deep into notewatching as I used to be, but I still want to get involved with this community like I used to.

Hello everyone!

I’m an old user from the old TRP 1 and TRP 2 days (I had a profile on TRP 3 for a while, but never really posted); I used to go by KeithMoonIsGod back on the old forums but I can’t remember if I changed it on TRP 3.
A friend from the forum kinda got me back into notewatching and I’m still at it with the music lists, so I decided to come check out the site. I’m going back to college in the fall, so I won’t be able to post or notewatch as much then, but I’ll be sure to stop by as often as I can!
Looking forward to getting involved on the site!

If you're one of the people I just flooded the mentions of I apologise. :D Thanks to the quarantine I've been scoping this forum out since like April and once I realised you could like the OPs well... Let's just say I once ended up watching nothing but Spongebob clips on YouTube for an hour because I happened to click on a recommended one. :parrot:

I don't really listen to a lot of artists as much as I just hear one song I like from an artist and just play that one to death, but I would say britpop is my favourite genre.

I'm not really aspiring to be a singer. Piano is a hobby of mine. I might do a singer OP some time though. Thanks for having me! <3

I'm just a dude who is into music. I'm interested in finding out how people do "notewatching", because I've always been impressed and bewildered at the amount of information people here can gather and organise.

Not completely new, I've been here for a few months now but I never introduced myself.
I'm 17 and I produce my own music as well as mix for a few bands. I play a tiny bit of guitar too, tried singing but I suck.
I got into notewatching because I got into an argument with my friend and i actually kind of enjoyed searching for and comparing high and low notes. I wondered if there was a database with a bunch of singer ranges and well, here we are.

Hello everyone, I discovered therangeplace a very short time before it was closed, so it's been a nice surprise to find it still exists in some way.

I registered some months ago but I've never posted anything, so now I thought the time has come to - at least- introduce myself: I love music (especially hard rock) and I really enjoy singing. I'm currently taking singing lessons but I wouldn't describe myself as singer yet :P
I'm not good at notewatching but the intention is to improve over time.

While I'm not new to the TRP community (I've been a part of TRP going back to the original forums), I have returned back to the forum after losing complete motivation do be productive and deleted my account. While I'm still trying to get myself sorted out physically and mentally (I deleted my Queen Youtube channel temporarily because I completely got burnt out and I needed to get back on the rails), I think I'm ready to return to TRP and start engaging in conversations again.
