This one was actually kinda hard because there isn't much in the ways of albums I actually dislike by them besides Tribute to the Gods. Even the Stu Block albums I don't hate - they're less good than the Barlow/Ripper era albums sure, but they're still more or less of the level of quality that would normally land them a more middle-ish spot on most band's album rankings. So it feels a little weird ranking them at the bottom for me, but Iced Earth really didn't have much stuff that was actually "worse" than those albums I suppose.

Anyway, shame that such a good band had to go on to have ties to the insurrection etc. etc.

The Block albums were just so banal and lacking in any kind of creativity, and feature the absolute work writing in the catalogue. And the vocals weren’t that great.

And I'm not a fan of the self-titled mostly because of the vocals... I like all the other ones though, with Burnt Offerings being their magnum opus in my opinion (well, if we are counting live albums, Alive in Athens would be their best album :headbang:)
