Tried this on the piano but can't test it on my voice replicating the passage (more reliable), but spoken passage around A2, maybe some dips to F#2 or even E2. Song has come short C5s in it too. youtu.be/EXy6E2SFVhc?t=352As far as I know about Mandrake Project, no higher notes in main melodies than C5, maybe some higher harmonies though. There is some lower stuff in the album though. EDIT. Except Many Doors to Hell has short D5s in the chorus.

Well, I finally gave the album a listen. All in all, I'm glad Bruce's voice is still in such good shape. It's a great album - and dare I say, I even prefer the new version of "If Eternity Should Fail" to the Maiden one. My fav from the album is probably "Shadow of the Gods". As far as notes go, lots of mid-range here from Bruce (which got deeper). In terms of highs, lots of C5s. He hits D5s in "Many Doors to Hell" chorus and in "Face in the Mirror" (backing). "Rain on the Graves" has a (countable) laugh that I think reaches E5. Also damn, the C5s in "Fingers in the Wounds" are powerful af! Honestly sounds like it was recorded a decade ago. In terms of lows - nothing major sadly, except two spoken sections. From passive listening, the one in "Eternity Has Failed" is around G2-A2, and the one in "Sonata (Immortal Beloved)" might get down to F♯2.

clem are you planning on notewatching The Mandrake Project? If not, I'd be willing to do it for you. I am very rarely active on the forum these days. If you want to add to the thread, or even adopt it outright, you have my blessing

One of the greats, legend. An iron lung like Graham Bonnet, and a total genius vocalist.

Got the thread updated with the songs from The Mandrake Project, along with a few of the other live notes that have been posted in here. Let me know if there are any others that have been posted that need to be added, and I'll get on it. For The Mandrake Project, I heard the spoken passages in "Sonata (Immortal Beloved)" bottoming at F♯2 indeed, and then D3-D5 in sung notes on the rest of the album. Some REALLY good singing up to C5 overall, and I felt like the sustained B4 from "Many Doors to Hell" was actually worth a bold. I also must admit that I found it quite possibly more enjoyable than any of the last three Iron Maiden albums... Nice one! Thanks mate. I think you forgot to add the backing notes from Face in the Mirror - B4s (one with a trill to C5), and D5. Also, the album range doesn't include the E5 from Rain on the Graves

Does anyone know how high the scream from infinite dreams is? If it does have a heavy overtone and isn't a B5, then what is it? Can't be all that low can it?
