{Vocal Summary}Bruce Dickinson is an English singer-songwriter, best known as the lead vocalist for the New Wave of British Heavy Metal trailblazers, "Iron Maiden".
First appearing with the band "Samson", Bruce sounded remarkably consistent and professional, amply handling soaring, high melodies from the earliest stages of his career, despite no formal tuition. If rather one dimensional at this point, his signature quasi-operatic belt, and piercing, Gillan-esque wail, transitioning through registers seamlessly, and carrying a tremendously heavy tone up into the fifth octave, caught the attention of Iron Maiden, after parting ways with vocalist, Paul Di'Anno. An altogether different type of singer, favouring more of a theatrical, open-throat sound, laden with wide, fast vibrato, as opposed to the punk-inspired roar of his predecessor, Bruce quickly established himself as one of the most successful and revered singers in heavy metal music. His trademark belts displayed impressive agility given the amount of chestiness he threw into his mix, frequently reaching up to E5 (with even a few belted F5s on Maiden's 1983 cover of "Cross-Eyed Mary", originally by 'Jethro Tull'). This was also the period that showed the most flexibility in his head voice, with harsher shrieks peaking out at the top of the fifth octave, as well as cleaner high notes such as the G5s on "Aces High" and "Rime of the Ancient Mariner".
In the latter half of the 1980s, Bruce adopted a slightly huskier sound, shedding some of the youthful brightness and clarity that had been present on "The Number of the Beast", "Piece of Mind" and "Powerslave". The fifth octave wailing present in his breakthrough years decreased significantly around this time, with his head register becoming quite raspy (interestingly, Bruce's screams in these years would sometimes produce overtones which made the pitch very ambiguous; "Infinite Dreams" and the 1988 re-record of "Prowler" being good examples of this short-lived oddity). Whilst still generally still delivering high-quality performances in studio, also beginning to diversify his sound with greater use of the mid-range and more dynamic subtleties, heavy touring seemed to get the better of Bruce's voice in the mid-to-late 80s, with live performances suffering (1987 in particular being a spotty year).
On "No Prayer for the Dying", often looked at as a career-low for that line-up of the band, Dickinson sounded quite fatigued even on the album, and was noticeably using false-cord distortion to give his belts a more guttural sound. Although Bruce began to return to form on the final album of his first stint with Iron Maiden, "Fear of the Dark", keeping the distorted sound of the previous record when belting, but sounding in much better condition. In general, FOTD was a vocally experimental record; the title track was Bruce's first foray real into his eerie lower register, and his heady, Gillan-ish screams returned on the thrash-tinged "Be Quick or Be Dead"; a sign of better vocal health (on the subsequent tour, Bruce even took this technique as high as C♯6.)
During his six-year absence from Iron Maiden, Bruce Dickinson continued his solo recording career, releasing a further four records. The more experimental nature of these albums, not as solely rooted in heavy metal, allowed Bruce more room to explore the lower register he had tapped into towards the end of his time with Iron Maiden, stretching a sung-spoken vocal style down to the lower-second octave on occasions, particularly in the less focused bonus tracks. The less intense touring schedule also furthered the rehabilitation of his voice, and by the time he returned to the band in 1999, he was in fine singing shape, belting out his own era's back-catalogue, and delivering songs of Blaze Bayley's tenure, such as "The Clansman" and "Sign of the Cross" often to better reception than Blaze himself. Indeed, the early-mid 00s could be seen as something of a second peak for Bruce, and the most versatile period of his career, with only his wails having noticeably diminished, typically capping at F♯5 post-Maiden reunion, and with an overall harsher tone. With hindsight, Dickinson's wailing was something he never refined quite as much as he maybe could have. Whilst the banshee-ish cackle for which he is known is impressive in its own right, even in his prime it was only ever really deployed in quite a disembodied way, generally for standalone climactic screams, carrying little real melody in his head register (the iconic A5 from "The Number of the Beast" was also never reproduced particularly well live). His belts however, remained extremely consistent, delivering some of his strongest live performances throughout the 2000s, still retaining the capacity to belt up to E5 and frequently singing melodies reaching up to B4-D5, with the only change being a slightly heavier and darker timbre. Meanwhile, his lower register became a more important fixture in Iron Maiden's music, with maybe its best outing on 2011's The Final Frontier, with numerous displays of strong mid-second octave singing such as on The Talisman and Where the Wild Wind Blows.
In more recent years, Dickinson has continued to uphold the Iron Maiden legacy both on stage and add to it in the studio, performing the classics amply, in the original keys, and showing remarkable displays of agility at the top of his belting range on newer songs like "The Red and the Black" and "When the River Runs Deep". Even his tone, which had sounded notably more aged in the early-mid 2010s, has since been rejuvenated after successful treatment for mouth cancer, delivering some strong performances of some of the most challenging numbers from the Maiden repertoire on the Legacy of the Beast tour.
Overall, Bruce Dickinson is an exceptional vocal talent and performer, recording numerous classic metal albums, replicating even his most challenging material to a high standard on the road for closing in on forty years, diversifying his approach to evolve with his music, and setting a mould for heavy metal frontmen that is emulated by a great many to the present day.

[1] marks yelps and short trills in high range or anacrusis and short dips in low range.
a. This note does land on the pitch all right, but it's too brief and of fairly dubious intent to be 'significant'.
b. Very brief trails at the end of a much more significant note.
[2] marks notes of questionable identity that cannot be confirmed to be the singer in question.
a. Notes that may be another instrument, mixed quietly or processed, creating the illusion of another vocal.
b. Notes that may be an uncredited or otherwise unknown vocalist.
[3] marks non-melodic notes that don't have a significant enough pitch to warrant inclusion.
a. Negligible spoken notes and exclamations.
b. Laughter with little real intonation that bottoms at this pitch.
[4] marks notes that possess uncertain pitch or have been pitch-shifted.
a. It's been largely agreed that these notes are lower fifth octave, but produce pretty heavy overtones.
b. Unsure if these notes have been pitch-shifted. There is some audible processing, but can't tell if the pitch is affected.
c. Raspy notes with unclear intonation that may touch on this pitch.
d. Implied harmony that may or may not reach this pitch.
[5] marks notes that do not fit the previous criteria but are not of a substantial enough quality to warrant counting towards the singer's range.
a. Wild screams only really done by Bruce around the late 1980s; how in control of them he is and to what extent he intended to land on a specific pitch is dubious.
b. Bruce was ill, and his voice noticeably different when hitting these notes. On balance, they are not reflective of a healthy Bruce.
c. These notes plainly do not exist or were conclusively mis-pitched, but speculation continues to perpetuate myths of their existence and/or legitimacy.

Huge thanks go to Platypus for putting together the compilation of Bruce's additional live high notes, and also to Sandblasted for doing the Bruce solo albums in the first incarnation of this thread. A lot of other users have also chipped in with additional live notes, clips and general analysis on this one, including, off the top of my head, Siren , Bruce58 , Zedd Squared , Rodney Blazershorts , Dark Star , IhateMana , Baronessa and onemorelight17 , and probably others I can't remember, so thanks to everyone for pitching in (no pun intended )
{Culled/Omitted Notes}After the updates with the second incarnation of this thread, some of the less significant live high notes have been culled- e.g., post-Maiden reunion Bruce has hit plenty of screams around E5-F♯5 in place of the original notes from songs like 'The Number of the Beast' and 'Aces High', but considering these are lower than the notes from the studio version these have been omitted from the OP. Likewise, the number of 'Wrathchild' live high notes counted from Bruce has been greatly reduced, given previously this song was listed for just about every note value from F5 upwards.
Additionally, Bruce also pretty commonly ad-libs and 'sing-speaks' to the crowd during live performances in a pretty comparable manner to his regular belting and often gets up into the fifth octave, but this is so frequent and the intonation is typically so random that these notes by and large have not been included in either the main thread or the Questionable Notes section. The sole exception so far is the non-melodic F♯5 from 'Hallowed Be Thy Name' Live Denver 2000 for being more stable- incidentally it's also the highest I've ever heard Bruce carry this technique.
