Thanks! I see Nana Mouskouri's link goes to the defunct old site: does she have a thread here? I wasn't able to find one through search or in the range stuff index. I was thinking of her because of Gabby Vessoni. Mouskouri has a noticible Greek accent, yet very precise diction in English and (I think) German, which fits my idea that practicing diction is much easier than eliminating an accent. I like accents but diction slips tend to bug me. |

FINALLY I HAVE UPDATED MOST OF WHAT HAS BEEN SENT TO ME!  Those who I haven't yet updated: rtim - you included a lot of threads that are WIP or had extremities not linked, which is one of the requirements for joining the Pantheon. kaji - I checked the first of your threads (Piet Arion) and found the bolded B7 extremely questionable. The B7 is him. I am friends with his vocal coach (hey Cile) and he confirmed to me Piet did in fact sing that B. It is very processed though. Wayyy too much. His earlier stuff wasn't as processed... I wish he came back to that raw approach. |
